While less serious it's everything I wished for State of Decay 2 Multiplayer wise. In the beginning my gf died rather often with me finishing the difficult fights alone but this allready evened out. If one player dies the other can either fight on or run to respawn the other at the camp. There is room for tactics but you don't necessarily need any except for the bosses and some special enemies. Shared loot, shared progress everything only needs to be crafted once. But on the other hand there is an end to the game and apparently only a little endgame so it won't ruin our lifes for too long□ The mix of looting, fighting, exploring and crafting is quite addictive. There is cooking but it's only for buffs and is totally optional. There are tons of camps to respawn at and store your stuff and the only penalty for dying is losing your loot which can be reobtained quite quickly. While being moderately complex it's actually very laid-back and forgiving. Just so you got somewhere to place us.ĭysmantle is a top-down open world zombie action rpg that let's you dismantle and loot pretty much everything with a variety of skills and stuff to craft in a huge world with tons of quests, both main and side, and other stuff to explore. The games we previously spent the most time on together were Dead Nation, Diablo 3 and Ark (100 hours of Ark in split screen on Xbox one. Please keep in mind I'm hyped atm and this is far from a real review. After two days and like 10 hours in, we both absolutely love the game. Click here for a list of other gaming subreddits. Local co-op works in just about every game mode, including Volta, Kick-Off, and the microtransaction-heavy, FIFA Ultimate Team.If your submission does not appear, do not delete it. Unlike some other co-op games with online multiplayer, only one of these players will need to have a PS Plus account, with the other able to join as a guest by pressing the Triangle button. Up to four local players can play the game offline, while two can play together while connected to PSN. FIFA 23 takes this one step further and offers great local multiplayer support. FIFA 22's HyperMotion technology helped the game feel like a true next-gen title and made it one of the most realistic football games ever made, both in terms of its mechanics and its visuals. For years it has felt like the franchise has been treading water, though that's not really the case with the series' last few entries. Like many other long-running sports sims, EA's FIFA franchise is often criticized for its lack of innovation, and for good reason. While playing online, it's also possible for additional players to drop into the session, although the maximum number of players at any given time is four. The game features both horizontal and vertical options and, exclusively on next-gen consoles, as many as four players can get involved at once. The Borderlands games have always done an excellent job of incorporating split-screen and this is once again the case in Borderlands 3. It looks great too, and while some may bemoan the lack of innovation, they can at least be thankful that loot drops remain free rather than being locked behind aggressive and predatory microtransactions. That's not necessarily a bad thing though, with the latest entry providing all of the same carnage and loot-oriented gameplay that made earlier entries so enjoyable. Gearbox Software's Borderlands series hasn't changed all that much since making its debut back in late 2009.
